Intly is a toolkit for collectors, curators and design lovers.
Source furniture and objects across trusted design brands, save what you love to a room's Wishlist, build moodboards for inspiration, and see how a piece might actually look in your space before it arrives.
1. About Intly
Intly ("Intly", "we", "us") operates the Intly application, which lets you organise rooms, source furniture and objects from third-party retailers, save items to a Wishlist, build moodboards, track auction lots, and generate AI-assisted visualisations of how a piece might look in your space (together, the "Services"). By using Intly, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
You accept these Terms by creating an account, or by using or browsing the app. If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use Intly. We may update these Terms from time to time; continuing to use Intly after an update means you accept the changes.
3. Registration and Eligibility
To use most features you'll need to register for an account, which may require your name, email address and password. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you're under the age required in your jurisdiction to agree to these Terms on your own, Intly may only be used with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree that any information you give us is accurate and kept up to date.
4. Your Obligations
You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for anything that happens under your account. You agree not to use Intly for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to access data that isn't yours, or to use automated tools to access the Services without our permission.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features are available through paid subscriptions, billed and managed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by Apple under their own policies, not by Intly directly.
6. Your Content
Photos, room details, notes and moodboards you add remain yours. By uploading them, you grant Intly a licence to store, display and process that content as part of operating the Services — including sending images to third-party AI providers where a feature requires it (see Section 8). We don't claim ownership of what you upload, and you can delete your content, or your whole account, at any time from within the app.
7. Third-Party Products and Services
Intly does not own, sell, resell, warehouse, or control any of the products shown through Sourcing Sleuth, Auction Liaison, or any linked retailer, marketplace, or platform (including Pinterest, Etsy and eBay). We only provide tools that let you search, save, and track products found elsewhere. Product listings, pricing, availability and images come from third parties and are not verified or guaranteed accurate by Intly — prices and stock can change without notice. Any purchase you make happens directly with that third party, not with Intly, and Intly is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or conduct of any retailer or seller whose products you view, save, or buy through the app.
8. AI-Generated Content
The Visualiser feature uses a third-party AI service (currently Google's Gemini API) to generate an impression of how a piece might look in a photo of your space. To provide this feature, the photo you supply and any reference image you select are sent to that provider for processing, including potentially outside Australia. These generated images are illustrative only — not a guarantee of appearance, fit, scale, colour accuracy, or availability. See our Privacy Policy for more on how this data is handled.
9. Intellectual Property
The Intly app, name, logo and branding belong to Intly and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you, or gives you rights to use it outside of normal use of the app.
10. General Disclaimer
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any guarantee, warranty, or right under the Australian Consumer Law (or any other law) that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, and Intly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including issues with third-party retailers, pricing accuracy, service interruptions, or AI-generated visualisations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intly's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you've paid to Intly in the 12 months before the claim arose, or AUD $100 if you haven't paid us anything.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Intly and its officers, employees and contractors against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your use of the Services — including any transaction with a third-party retailer or platform accessed through the app.
13. Termination
You can close your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these Terms, or where we're required to by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

1. Our Commitment
Intly respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the personal information of everyone who uses the app. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy sets out what we collect and how we treat it.
2. What We Collect
Depending on how you use Intly, we may collect: your name and email address; photos you upload of your rooms or moodboards; items you save to a Wishlist; auction lots and bid details you track; and general device and usage information (such as app version and crash logs) that helps us keep the app working properly.
3. How We Use It
We use your information to provide the Services — including personalising Sourcing Sleuth results to your region, sending notifications you've opted into (like auction-day or price-drop alerts), keeping your account secure, and improving the app.
4. AI Processing
If you use the Visualiser, the photo you provide and any reference image you select are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate the visualisation. This processing may take place outside Australia. We don't use your photos to train our own AI models. Whether Google uses API-submitted images to train its own models is governed by Google's own terms for the Gemini API, which we'd encourage you to review if this matters to you.
5. Third-Party Sharing
If you connect a Pinterest account, we access the boards you choose to link, under Pinterest's own permissions. Sourcing Sleuth searches Etsy and eBay's public listings but doesn't share your personal information with them. Subscription payments are processed by Apple, not by Intly directly.
6. Where Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored and processed using third-party infrastructure providers, which may be located, or process data, outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle your information securely.
7. Access, Correction and Deletion
You can access and correct most of your information directly in the app. You can delete your entire account and associated data at any time from Settings. To request a copy of what we hold about you, or if you believe any of it is inaccurate, email getintly@gmail.com.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, email getintly@gmail.com and we'll respond as soon as we can.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continuing to use Intly after a change means you accept the update.
